PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
EH partners with several US based small businesses to sustainably print items to order. Please allow 2-5 days minimum for us to process your order before it ships. From there, orders should arrive within 2-7 business days depending on the shipping speed selected. Select products may arrive separately. We recommend allowing 5-12 business days total total for you order to be printed and shipped.
Typical Turnaround Times:
-10 business days: original art, art prints, calendars, mugs, tea towels, gift wrap, stationery + paper gifts
-12-15 business days: silk scarves, wallpaper, fabric, and desktop acrylics

CANCELLATIONS
Because of how orders are processed in the system, we are unable to offer changes or cancellations once an order is placed. This includes billing addresses, shipping addresses, and item changes. Thank you for your understanding.
GIFT ORDERS
All evelynhenson.com orders are automatically sent with gift receipts so pricing is never included. There is also an option at checkout to have a gift email sent to the recipient that lets them know the order is on the way.
ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped. Please refer to the tracking number sent to you to check the status of you order. Please note that EH is unable to provide additional information other than what the carrier tracking page shows. However, please email support@evelynhenson.com should there not be an update to your tracking after 2 weeks.
DAMAGES/DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
All items are printed to order and inspected for quality before mailing. On the event that your item arrives damaged or in poor condition, please kindly email your order number, shipping address, and a photo of the item to support@evelynhenson.com for a replacement. Claims must be received within 72 hrs of the order's delivery date. Items are not returnable after this time period.
RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days and include all items except the below. Because we custom make each item to order for you, items can be only be returned in exchange for store credit. Thank you for your understanding!
Eligible items can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of receipt. Email support@evelynhenson.com with your order number for instructions on making your return.
